Our Artisan truffles are entirely hand-made - never massed produced by machines. Our exquisitely delicious truffles contain expensive gourmet quality ingredients, using only the freshest natural ingredients. Our truffles have no preservatives. We create our truffles by blending gourmet chocolates, finely whipped and mixed by hand, until the chocolate is extremely smooth and silky. Then, we combine or blend the chocolate and flavors to produce the inner part of the truffle. Each truffle is then hand dipped into a luscious chocolate blend that covers the outside of the truffle with a hard layer of chocolate, making our truffles very crunchy. The result is a very rich gourmet chocolate truffle delicacy that melts in your mouth, leaving you begging for more.
